we had a great stay at a cozy hostel in San Sebastian! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the location was perfect. We loved the comfortable beds and the option to have our own powerpoint and light in the bunk. The large lockers and organization space were also a plus. Highly recommend!

One of the best aspects of my New Year experience was the modern and stylish design of the hostel. It had a cool vibe and was a great place to stay for a few nights. Additionally, the staff at the hostel were incredibly warm and friendly, going out of their way to solve any issues that arose. Their excellent customer support made me feel well taken care of.
The lack of a receptionist was a major drawback. It led to confusion and inconvenience, such as arriving to find someone else's bed linen on my assigned bed.

the hostel, Koisi, offers private ensuite rooms and I booked a double room for one night. To my pleasant surprise, they upgraded us to a superior room with a terrace. the room was clean, comfortable, and very new. the WiFi was good and breakfast was included in the rate. I would definitely recommend Koisi for young people. The staff was accommodating and flexible, and the location was a pleasant walk to the city. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 👍.

I had a decent stay at a hostel close to the beach. the beds were comfortable with handy features like a light and pouch for belongings. There were lockers available for storing valuables. the staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. the hostel had modern furnishings and a stylish design. the bar offered a variety of snacks and drinks and was open throughout the day.
Almost perfect but the family room was small with limited storage space. the bathroom setup was inconvenient, and there was no kitchen available.

I've traveled extensively throughout Europe and Koisi is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with new furniture. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies. The staff was friendly and truly helpful. The hostel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist crowds, and there are some great local bars nearby with delicious pinxos. The breakfast, which is free, is perfect to start the day. There is also a lift and a chill-out area, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean & modern facilities with sleek appliances. Complimentary breakfast and beverage token are great touches. Top-notch service from helpful front desk agents. Spacious and comfortable rooms with new furniture. Convenient location, not too far from the main attractions.
Lack of ambiance and homely atmosphere in the hostel. Prefer a reception desk with a person instead of digitalized reception.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Some maintenance needed in hang-out area. Broken foosball but loved the hammock. Kitchen area fine, bigger fridge and trashcans needed. Location not fabulous, quiet neighborhood. Buses to restaurants, long walk with kids. Parking on street, difficult finding spot. Excellent base for day trips.

We had a wonderful stay at a modern, clean, and friendly hostel. The staff at the front desk were experienced and helpful, making our experience even better. The building itself is only a year old, so the rooms were up to date and filled with amenities for the modern traveler. The WiFi was reliable and the water view from our room was a nice bonus. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. the separate shower, toilet, and sink made it easy for us to get ready in the mornings. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and a scenic 20-minute walk along the coast to the town center.
The hostel lacked atmosphere and it was difficult to meet other travelers as a solo guest. the kitchen facilities were disappointing, with only a microwave, fridge, and kettle available.

We had a great stay at Koisi! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was really helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast options were perfect to start the day and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. The hostel had a modern vibe and the chill out area was a great place to relax. The location was also convenient, with a good walk along the beautiful Concha Beach. I would highly recommend this hostel for a pleasant stay in San Sebastian.
The walls in the hostel seemed a little thin, so we could occasionally hear noise from other guests. It would have been perfect if the beds had curtains for added privacy.

The staff at Koisi are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with recommendations and directions. They made our stay more enjoyable and felt like we were in a hotel with their attentive service. the private room we stayed in was quiet and didn't feel like a typical hostel, which was a pleasant surprise. the building is modern and well, maintained, with up, to, date amenities for the modern traveler. the location near the old town is convenient, and the bar in the hostel serves delicious pintxos and meals. one of the better hostels I've experienced, and I will definitely return. Cons: Couldn't fault anything! 😊.

The location of the hostel is great, with easy access to the city center by walking or taking a bus just 5 minutes away. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and convenient plug positions. The bathrooms are well-maintained and spotless. The staff is friendly, helpful, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hostel provides basic breakfast provisions and has lockers for each guest.
The self-check-in process can be confusing for some guests, and there is limited staff availability to address any issues that may arise.
